Christian sent me an email earlier today, commenting on my earlier chats with him regarding iodine . . . a VITAL nutrient. And for the girls among us, particularly important in that iodine protects you from developing fibroids and their complications . . .
Christian's note to me was an image excerpted from a book with the title "The Iodine Crisis" by Lynne Farrow.
Unfortunately, I've tried to copy-paste it for inclusion here . . . but no go. The image supplied by Christian was not as an attachment, but was posted into the body of the email . . . I don't have the tech savvy to "extract" and paste it here.
But what I did intend and have done is attach the definitive item I have found anywhere on the subject of your need of iodine on a daily basis as part of your nutrient intake.
I use Lugol's Solution (Lugol's iodine) . . . it's the old fashion stuff my mother used to put on my cuts and scrapes to prevent infection.
I recently used it as part of the brew put together in my nebuliser --- it's a device that produces mist (cold steam) containing dilute hydrogen-peroxide in saline + some dilute iodine to kill off the COVID19 virus in my respiratory system. The moment I realized I was infected and had my temperature go up (100.1 F) I went on the offensive against the bug. It worked fine.
