The above is the title of the presentation given this month by the Galileo Commission Division of the Scientific and Medial Network.
This is the sort of brilliance I pay my membership dues for, and so, so much enjoy.
This is the most brilliant exposition of the venture into the synthesis of extant knowledge as available in the current state of civilization at this point in time . . . and note the charm with which Robert presents it and handles the follow-up discussions.

However, in my view it does not prove “the Universe is ‘Conscious’” . . . though it does “prove” the universe is not the solid, stuck matter as is assumed in conventional physics thinking.
This presentation, as is the case of all I see being presented in conventional contemporary physics, fails to address what is: a) the source of the physical universe these scientists are trying to know about, and b) what is the truth and nature of we who observe it.
UNTIL THOSE TWO POINTS ARE ADDRESSED, PROVEN AND UNDERSTOOD, ALL ELSE IS CONJECTURE AND OPINION.
Though Robert does touch on these two points while answering questions in the discussion section of the video.
