Title: THE EIGHT BASIC ELEMENTS AND AREAS OF SPIRITUAL POWERS,
Post by: Roger Boswarva on April 01, 2026, 04:48:33 AM
This missive below is as was submitted to the Russian call for submissions to the "Open Dialogue."

Originally, I was simply researching the issue of why and how come the "Scientific Research Endeavor" is so fixated on the Physical Universe and has historically been in avoidance of the truths of our spiritual presence and powers.

It had always struck me that that was a massive alteration of orders of importance.

The following was coincidentally completed just a few weeks before I learned of the Russian call for "Open Dialogue" submissions.I originally had planned to publish it via the Scientific and Medical Network in which I am an active member.

                                                           * * *

INTRODUCTION TO THE PROPOSITION THAT SCIENCE, OR”SCIENTISM,” AS PRACTICED IS MISSING VITAL KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO BENEFIT HUMANITY
It is appropriate that the Topic for discussion of “Investment in People” is at the top of the list of areas to address in this Open Dialogue call for submissions, as it is we, The People, who will “make it or break it.”
However, the performance and success of our actions depends, crucially, on the knowledge in our possession and the accuracy with which it is deployed and used.
Currently, the knowledge needed for our optimum life and performance for our good and benefit has been denied us since the beginning of the 17th Century with the burning at the stake of Giordano Bruno in February, 1600AD.
This resulted in scientific research into this vital knowledge being avoided along with the practice of what was priorly known.
Concurrent with the above missing vital knowledge is the technology of how to overcome the Seven Barriers to Comprehension & Learning in our educational systems which, when applied, would guarantee full comprehension and successful application of the missing knowledge noted above. Learning incapacity results in failure to apply knowledge known to exist along with erroneous or negatively harmful application because of the misconceptions of the knowledge being studied and then used.
THERE IS AN IN-BUILT ERROR OF THE CONTEMPORARY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ENDEAVOR THAT NEEDS CORRECTION IF WE ARE TO ACHIEVE THE OPTIMUMS HUMANITY ASPIRES TO
Too much of the Current Scientific Belief System-Paradigm is operating on the idea that all of life is derivative of, or somehow sourced by, the actions of physical atoms and molecules.
Yet, during all of the history of scientific inquiry, no one has observed or proposed how the atoms and molecules of the physical universe have exercised any VOLITION.
Well documented is the observation that the atoms and molecules of the physical universe REACT to outside stimulus. They do not of their own volition source anything.
But what is observed and understood is that we humans, you and I, do have volition.
And in exercising that volition we can and do source new existences along with new conditions of extant existence.
Hence, if Humanity is to move toward a more optimum, beneficial and co-survival behavior and exercise of its volition, a more correct address to the discovery and articulation of our human spiritual abilities, powers, capacities and virtues needs be pursued.
Modern “Scientism” research since the beginning of the 17th Century has omitted this.
As a researcher into the subject of Human Performance and its outcomes (I am a retired Australian swimming champion where I began this research endeavor to improve athletic performance), I find it quite astounding that the scientific endeavor is bedeviled by a stark lack of the pursuit of the truth of our human spiritual creative capacity and the recognition of its production.
Until recently, I was stuck with the nonsensicalness of this situation and the behavior of “scientism” that held it up as “OK.”
It happened that I was doing an analysis of the words used (and misused) by the scientific community, and indeed, the word “Science” which itself is known to be derived from the Latin word "scientia," which means knowledge, awareness, or understanding, and is derived from the verb "scire," meaning "to know."
This raised for me the question, “What is there to know that we should seek to know?”
It strikes me that the priority thing that we should seek to know, and fully know, is the true spectrum of our personal spiritual nature and its presence, powers, abilities, capacities and virtues.
But historically, the correct and honest pursuit of that vital knowledge was burned at the stake with Giordano Bruno on February 17, 1600.
The domain of truth and knowledge to be elucidated regarding our spiritual existence, truths and capacities was, at the time, deemed to be the strict province of the Catholic Church and its hierarchy.
The belief systems, teachings and practices of the Catholic Church put the Church hierarchy in direct and dominating control of the populace.
Church leaders were massively in fear of any truths that falsified the basis of their power and control over the populace. Hence, investigation into the establishing of any facts regarding our spiritual truth that threatened to prove false the dogmas and beliefs their power depended on, had to be put down!
The Church of Rome literally acted to kill off the truth that YOU AND I AS SPIRITUAL BEINGS HAVE VOLITION AND THE CAPACITY TO CREATE INTO EXISTENCE OUR WANTS when they silenced Giordano Bruno.
Conventional opinion currently has it that the Catholic Church was against Nicolaus Copernicus’s heliocentric theory as evidenced by its persecution of Galileo Galilei in 1616 and 1633 for “supporting Copernicus’s scientific findings.”
But, and a big BUT, Copernicus’s work and findings were well known to and supported by two Popes long before his work was finally published.
It was at the insistence of Pope Clement VII (26 Nov. 1523–25 Sept. 1534) that the material of Copernicus’s lifetime of work was expanded into his great compendium, De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium (On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres), which officially proposed a sun-centered theory to the world. The printed book, dedicated to Clement’s successor, Paul III, (13 October 1534–10 November 1549), reached Copernicus just hours before his death on May 24, 1543.
As Copernicus explained to Clement VII’s successor, Pope Paul III, “It was wise to follow the example of the Pythagoreans and certain others, who used to transmit philosophy’s secrets only to kinsmen and friends, not in writing but by word of mouth, as is shown by Lysis’ letter to Hipparchus”.
To be noted is that Copernicus’s book when finally published was dedicated by him to Pope Paul III.
Thus it is incorrect to say “the Church” was against Copernicus’s finding that the Earth is not the center of the Universe. However this did change during the passage of 50 years and the eleven changes of Pope following the death of Paul III.
Giordano Bruno: born Filippo Bruno; in January or February 1548 – died 17 February 1600) was very different to the polite wisdom of Copernicus, and unlucky to collide with the change in Church thinking.
Bruno was an Italian philosopher, poet, alchemist, astrologer, cosmological theorist, and esotericist.[1][2] He is known for his cosmological theories, which conceptually extended to include the then-novel Copernican model. He practiced Hermeticism and gave a mystical stance to exploring the universe. He proposed that the stars were distant suns surrounded by their own planets (exoplanets), and he raised the possibility that these planets might foster life of their own, a cosmological position known as cosmic pluralism. He also insisted that the universe is infinite and could have no center.
But his particular penchant was the investigation into our human spiritual powers, capacities and abilities, being famous for his actual teachings on these subjects, mental powers and the practice of memory training.
His big failing, however, was that he did not suffer fools gladly nor stupid criticism of the facts he found to exist.
As noted in the definitive biography on Giordano Bruno by the Encyclopedia Britannica:
(https://www.britannica.com/search?query=Giordano+Bruno)––“He also strongly criticized the manners of English society and the pedantry of the Oxonian doctors. In the De la causa, principio e uno (1584; Concerning the Cause, Principle, and One) he elaborated the physical theory on which his conception of the universe was based: ‘form’ and ‘matter’ are intimately united and constitute the ‘one.’ Thus, the traditional dualism of the Aristotelian physics was reduced by him to a monistic conception of the world, implying the basic unity of all substances and the coincidence of opposites in the infinite unity of Being. In the De l’infinito universo e mondi (1584; On the Infinite Universe and Worlds), he developed his cosmological theory by systematically criticizing Aristotelian physics; he also formulated his Averroistic view of the relation between philosophy and religion, according to which religion is considered as a means to instruct and govern ignorant people, philosophy as the discipline of the elect who are able to behave themselves and govern others.”
“The Cabala del cavallo Pegaseo (1585; “Cabal of the Horse Pegasus”), similar to but more pessimistic than the previous work, includes a discussion of the relationship between the human soul and the universal soul, concluding with the negation of the absolute individuality of the individual Human Soul. In the De gli eroici furori (1585; The Heroic Frenzies), Bruno, making use of Neoplatonic imagery, treats the attainment of union with the infinite One by the human soul and exhorts man to the conquest of virtue and truth.”
As can be seen in the brief quotes I cite of Bruno’s investigation into and findings on the nature of the human spiritual presence, he posed too great a threat to the corrupt power of the Church hierarchy and had to be silenced.
And it was with his silencing in February, 1600, that the scientific quest for knowledge was split into two parts: the mundane physical of atoms and molecules that was safe for the plebians to deal with versus the knowledge of the spiritual true nature of the source of it all that threatened the oligarchy.
And so, it has been that since the burning of Giordano Bruno, the practice of the Scientific endeavor has been to abandon the knowledge we truly need—that of the truth of our human spiritual existence, capacities and powers—as being knowledge too dangerous to possess, and instead, “science” has concentrated itself on the mundane and physical.
In my view, it is now time the scientific pursuit we are involved in should get back to what can be found, known, and practiced such that we humans can recover our sovereignty, cause and free-will in the pursuit and practice of our true powers and expression of wants and desires such that we empower each other and all we touch.
We must undo the detour from the pursuit of this truth and knowledge caused by the burning of Giordano Bruno in February, 1600AD.
To-date, good progress has been made in attaining this ideal by the team I have worked with over the last seven decades . . . however, the findings published under the title Ascensionism® are as yet not broadly known. The “Gatekeepers” of scientism shun “the not invented here.”
Here is an example of what should be known and put into practice if we are to enjoy a harmonious and prosperously operating civilization. It speaks directly to our spiritual human existence, its Presence, Life-Force, Volition, Characteristics and Virtues—all being elements required if we are to enjoy the harmoniously co-created, co-empowering and prosperous civilization this Open Dialogue Project envisions.
THE EIGHT BASIC ELEMENTS AND AREAS OF SPIRITUAL POWERS
Each of the 8 basic areas: 1. HONOR 2. PRESENCE, 3. LOVE, 4. TRUTH, 5. RELATIONSHIPS, 6. KNOWLEDGE, 7. INTEGRITY, and 8. VOLITION & CAUSATION contains vast areas of knowledge, mastery and awareness. It will take many years to get them all fully into an OPTIMUM VOLITIONAL STATE of existence.
1.
HONOR: The honest and truthful recognition, validation and co-empowerment of others and their positive existence and causation, along with that of our own presence and causation.
2.
PRESENCE: You being wholly willing and able to be powerfully PRESENT, exhibiting your wants and intentions.
3.
LOVE: The honoring and appreciation of the native goodness, rightness and truth of the spiritual presence of those you connect with, and the harmonious facilitation of their participation and co-creative causation in the Life you share.
4.
TRUTH: the exact manifestation of what is wanted and intended by an emanating individual along with the exact receipt, apperception and comprehension by the receiver of what was emanated by the causative presence.
5.
RELATIONSHIPS: the result of choosing to be in ALIGNMENT with another’s presence and intentions for future conditions of existence.
6.
KNOWLEDGE: the awareness and appreciation of both who and what exists and what potentially can be brought into being to enhance existence.
7.
INTEGRITY: wholeness and completeness in alignment with the truthful actuality of intention.
8.
VOLITION & CAUSATION: without the willingness, capacity and actuality of causation and creativity via the emanation of Spiritual Life-Force, there is no expression of the above seven potentials of existence.
Each of these elements of your spiritual presence and power can be expressed positively in an empowering manner, or negatively in a destructive manner.
Each of these elements of your spiritual existence, virtues and powers can be addressed with procedures for their empowerment and increased facility of practice and application. This is well
researched and proven effective. Yet, most of humanity have no particular awareness of these component powers and virtues of their spiritual existence.
Knowledge of the materials outlined above as our Eight Basic Spiritual Powers if known and positively practiced by humanity would result in a wondrously enjoyable and prosperous civilization.
Conversely, what we currently see and experience is the constant violation of the principles espoused in the discovery of THE EIGHT BASIC ELEMENTS AND AREAS OF SPIRITUAL POWERS.
International politics is rife with the constant dishonoring of other nations and their leaders, the spreading of lies and falsehoods about their intentions and actions, belligerency instead of friendship, denial of truth, the practice of lying as “State craft,” deliberate actions to deny and prevent the actions of volition and causation among nations, relationships not in alignment but instead in conflict and opposition, violations of integrity, and unwillingness to be truthfully and honestly present in negotiations and communications.
These destructive negatives must be eradicated from our international relationships.
Concurrent with developing THE EIGHT BASIC ELEMENTS AND AREAS OF SPIRITUAL POWERS, I wrote the book: How to Learn-How to Teach—Overcoming the Seven Barriers to Comprehension. This knowledge being imperative if we are to have and enjoy a civilization who can competently function by employing the knowledge revealed above.
As an example: In the presence of a word, term or symbol for which a student (or person) does not have a definition or understanding of meaning, the student goes mentally blank, immobile and is unable to think, act, or perform.
An example of this inability caused by non-comprehended words and terms was demonstrated in a practical drill I used in a workshop based on my above book for the tutors of the Learning Partners Organization in New York. The video recording of that demonstration of truth is on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Roger+Boswarva+Overcoming+the+Seven+Barriers+to+Comprehension
My proposition is that a society or civilization in possession of, understanding, and applying the information above will attain the ideals this Open Dialogue Project aspires to.
