I'm reading through The Perfectionist- the ultimate self sabotage identity, (21st Century New Public Series 5), and several of the steps say to do Specific Unpleasant Sensation Handling (Pain Series 4A) Step Two.
Also, question 6 refers to Confusion Handling (Intelligence and and Ability Restoration Series 3)
What processes can I use here- I want to get it Exactly right,- i.e. Perfect! ;-)
