OPENING THE LIFE EMPOWERMENT SERIES
LESSONS FROM 100 YEAR OLDS
This post contains data about and from some wonderful old types who are alive and well, and enjoying the fun of it all, past their hundredth birthday.
My current research in fact addresses this for me personally . . . in four months time I turn eighty-eight.
For myself I have created a name, or term, to label and express what I am experiencing as I progress in this research: EMPOWERED LIVING.
What I am actually doing is KNOWINGLY, DELIBERATELY, SPIRITUALLY EMPOWERING MY EXISTENCE.
Or otherwise it might be expressed differently as: KNOWINGLY AND INTENTLY EMPOWERING MY SPIRITUAL EXISTENCE AND LIFE CONTINUUM.
For you Codees, I do recommend you look at how you can and should practice, deploy and use the knowledge of your Codes such that your life-continuum is enhanced and optimized.
In reading the attached and viewing the video that came with it, I observed what I consider to be a key, very important datum: and that is, REGRETS KILL LIFE-FORCE.
Hence I do recommend you good souls scan both your current lifetime and your past and undo any REGRETS you find.
This is very important when you look at the effect regrets have on your Spiritual Life-Force . . . my analysis of this leads me to observe that REGRET causes a Being to reduce or cut off the empowerment or positive directing of their Life-Force.
Certainly something to apply corrective action to!
