OBSCURE BUT VITAL DATA

THE STAGE FOUR NEEDLE

Long, long ago, around 1959-60, the guru of the day wrote on the subject of the E-Meter needle action called The Stage Four Needle.

I might have seen one in those days long gone ago, but not since till just this last week.

I see the copy paste did not take . . . I now will attach the screen shot pdf file.

Let us hope this copy paste takes!! Thanks to Christian for originally extracting this for us as a “Screen Shot.”

The above from the book, E-Meter Essentials, says it all.

Having a memory that still works, and spotting this phenomenon with a client I was processing this last Sunday enabled me to avoid and bypass some real strife.

The client had come to us after some time at/with Capt. Bill Robertson’s “Ron’s Org”

The case was terribly weird from the first moments . . . coming to me via this Forum (he has since been barred) and following the purported earlier tech history, my patter at start of session was:  “OK, so what do you have your attention on that you want to address or handle?”

I was honoring him as a purportedly hatted, educated client in these matters as he had appeared to be a sensible Dude in all other respects.

The first session went “normally” as he “itsa’ed” off what was on his attention.

With the client resident in Europe, we were reduced to doing 1 hour weekly on Sunday mornings.  His way of “processing” was vastly different to any other client I’ve ever processed . . . and without getting into any murky details, I’ll simply say that he was one of these people who “knows best about everything” and cannot be coached or educated.

After four sessions with this Dude, I was in two minds as to whether I wanted to or should continue with him . . . but he averred he was getting gains, so I continued to help him

It was in our final session that he turned on the Stage Four Needle . . . it was there at Start of Session.  What he’d been up to since the Sunday before, I don’t know; but he says in later written note that he “was able to do a solo session.”

The point is, we processors have a Code of Ethics to uphold.  “You must not process a client you honestly feel you cannot help.”

And in these circumstances, and with client being argumentative about what is and “should be” . . . I told him, “I can’t continue to process you at this stage of the game because the meter is unresponsive and the only process that can be used is one of our “Objective Processes and/or SPIEPIR” . . . and we need to be physically present together for that.”

I also gave him the advice to contact the maker of his meter to verify it was working properly and that the weird needle action was not a meter malfunction . . . this advice he rudely refused and insisted on contacting Christian to resolve the meter issue.

Since then, invective and delusive false accusations have reigned  . . .

This all in keeping with what is written above in the definition of the Stage Four Needle.

I give you the above data so you don’t get caught out by this kind of case . . . Stage Four Needle meter responses indicate you are on DEADLY ground.

You need to know this data.  Even if you only collide with it once in 50-60 years, as I have done.

Roger
