HANDLING MOODS AND CHARGE

The attached two documents give you the process I ran solo at the ranch when it was first released . . .

This is the rundown (R/D) I complemented Alan on when I came out of session and was on my way up to breakfast.

Alan was hanging out smoking a cigar before start of the daily course.

I told him "That process you released yesterday is fantastic! I just used it in session!"

His response was an incredulous, "You ran that solo?!"

Me, 'Yeh, it runs easy!"

Poor Alan responded with the  complaint: "I can't do that!"

He was quite upset, as though he felt he'd been cheated or such.

Well, as written, it is quite a complicated bulletin . . . so for use in session, and in order to have an easy to follow sequence of questions to run, I extracted the actual process questions into a simple one-page (legal size paper) as attached. Alan's is a seven page complexity  . . .  Both are now attached.

What I'd like for you active guys to do is let me know what you think of the R/D and any specific gains you get either from reading and understanding the content or from running it in session.

As yet, I haven't tried this R/D, I have read through it a few times now. The way in which Alan presents the process or mechanics

behind how moods are created and initiated was insightful and good to know. I haven't seen anything like this before.


I would agree with you that the way you have presented the actual process will be helpful in running it by removing the "background"
 
or "theory" although I feel it is important to know such.

Oh yes!  The what this tech phenomena is all about is vital knowledge . . .

I separated out the the actual process questions so I only had one page to wrestle with in session, with the actual process there on one page rather than spread out in the original presentation.

For myself, here, I routinely create Legal Size sheets so I only have one page to handle in solo session . . . God short changed me with only two hands . . . solo sessions would be much easier with three hands: One for the cans, one for the pen and writing, and one for the manipulation of the rundown/process docs! ;D

:D  hehehe...

By now it would be cool to have some patches instead of cans, but all the solutions I've seen on the internet seem not really workable.

Thanks Rog and guys!

It's a new process for me but the way it approaches the session is great, always focusing in the positive and cleaning the way! I'll let you know how I'm doing.

Yeah!, I learned this from you Rog and now I have all my processes separated, indicating from where they were taken, and of course with notes about your posts and the advices you gave us for example when running some specific questions, etc. I prefer to read it directly from a tablet in dark mode... and airplane mode  ;)

I've heard about some metal plates under the feet when the client has no hands, It will be interesting to know how they set up the sensitivity  :D
