This copy/paste is of the exchange between Mario and me this morning . . . . I've lost his original email requesting advice . . . but here it is into which I embedded and slotted in my answers . . . and you guys, being on the ball can figure out what is what . . .

Subject: Basic Chronic mood rundown
Hi Roger
In the last days I started to run Basic Chronic Mood on each Zone , as suggested at the end of the rundown .
In the Gold Zone area I had a fall down on the level 39 Blocking .
Running the rundown on that level of existence the chronic mood spotted was detached .
I had a lot of cogs running this mood in this lifetime .
I observed the misuse of my positive code , in a sense that in order to agree , have the same reality and communicate with others I move to their realities losing my 5 pillar of power and as a conseguence of that I became detached .
Should I spot when it first started ? Presumibliy in the earlier universe ?
Quite likely, but also it might exist earlier in or as part of this universe . . . the trick is to spot the existence of the earlier instance of "detached" . . . and then locate it.
For me, the way I do it is, when I get the event/thing I want to handle, I then manifest the Time Stream of our existence about it such that the event (of detached or whatever) can then be located or found in or related to the Time Stream I hold there as the comparative . . . trying to locate things as to "when" without also being aware of the Time Stream in which it is to be located is like trying to locate an address in a strange town without a map!
I ask you that because I'm aware of that phenomena in this lifetime but when I look for in the earlier universes it seems to me unreal.
Well, the difference between "this lifetime" and "earlier universes" is HUGE! And actually, bypasses earlier existence IN THIS UNIVERSE. 🙂
Check it by "date/locate" on the meter . . . check: "Earlier Universe?" see if it reads . . . if no read, check "this universe (by whatever name is real to you) . . . the date/locate routine is then to check on the meter: "is this (named event) before (earlier than) selected (named possible) date? / After selected (named possible) date?
For the "locate" you can do it by distance "from you" (that is the human level of the process) or, since we are infinite Presences, I routinely locate things as a "location within me . . . simply as 'at there'" . . but often as a distance in "time" (the temporal progress) from the beginning of our existence in games in/of The Supreme Beings (Heavens) Universe.
In the rundown the question 7a Is there blackness ??
Blackness means only colour or is intended for something caracterized by despair or depression?
Ummmm 🙂 if it appears black to you, then it's black. Otherwise the next question handles what is its colour . . . but I have found things with no particular colour . . . whatever the answer, acknowledge it.
As a note in the direction of advancing your technical knowledge, be alert to recognizing (and blowing/handling) any SOLUTIONS you may have created in events such as you describe here.
Alan used the word/term "Handled" as in "How have/did you 'handle' the (item being processed)?"
I find "handled" often does not get the aberration or exactness of the involuntary replication essence that a solution creates . . .
I find going for the solution gets the fullness of the aberration introduced.
