IMPORTANT DATA ON HIDDEN WHO'S
This is rather vital data not well written up in our Knowledgism materials.
Of course, as with the development of the Clean Slate tech I revealed on another thread, getting everything articulated does take time. "Known tech" was not the priority for being written up in the early days: the correction of bum, bad and erroneous techs was the most important; along with the research and discovery of vital missing tech.
So, what I am about to reveal might appear as "new tech/data" to some of you. Though it is both an issue of missed, by-passed, missing and not known, "new," processing tech.
A guy by the name of Hubbard once wrote that:
"A THIRD PARTY MUST BE PRESENT AND UNKNOWN IN EVERY QUARREL FOR A CONFLICT TO EXIST."
or
"FOR A QUARREL TO OCCUR, AN UNKNOWN THIRD PARTY MUST BE ACTIVE IN PRODUCING IT BETWEEN TWO POTENTIAL OPPONENTS."
or
"WHILE IT IS COMMONLY BELIEVED TO TAKE TWO TO MAKE A FIGHT, A THIRD PARTY MUST EXIST AND MUST DEVELOP IT FOR ACTUAL CONFLICT TO OCCUR."
In a lecture on this subject he said: "If two parties have communicated honestly and completely, and a conflict still exists, then a Third Party must be present causing the conflict to persist."
While correct as a basic phenomenon, as we can see in the realm of international politics, Hubbard never addressed this phenomenon as a case handling item for individuals . . . it was rather, relegated to the area of "Ethics Handling."
One can indulge conjecture as to why Hubbard never used this vital tech point in his tech for case handling . . . although, it is known and well documented that Hubbard himself was the Ace, pre-eminent, master of Third Party Campaign activity against others.
For you guys who have been solo processing and advancing your case with use of the "Miracles and Magic" process/rundown (R/D) you will note that Question 12 on the Spiritual Teammate Handling asks: "Is there a Hidden Who projecting a negative image on you and your spiritual teammates/spiritual team?"
Hidden Who's are obviously "Third Parties" who bring about the kind of strife Hubbard never got to recognize or handle.
Sadly, this information never got delineated and written up for broad application in Knowledgism as being important for handling "upsets" etc., or case, generally.
Being involved in a Case Advice with/for Carmel today regarding one of her clients, I was caused to revisit this subject; and hence to be writing this piece! 
It occasionally happens that in using all "the usual" processes for handling life chaos such as the Negative Process Handling, Upset-Setup Handling Processes, et al, situations for the client do not completely resolve.
It happened for me once at the Ranch when twinning with a student. She came into our student twin-ship and burst into tears . . . expressing the situation of "things not resolving, and of being a 'failed case,' etc." Alan had already Case Advised to the Ranch's then resident processor to do the "Hidden Who handling."
Problem was that the processor (rather new and inexperienced, having replaced Eric after he had been fired as an "evil little shit" by Alan), did not understand the phenomena of the "Third Party/Hidden Who" . . . and consequently did not find, locate and make known WHO was the 3rd Party/Hidden Who . . . and thus did not process what THAT individual was doing to screw things up.
Hence it all ended up on my plate.
So, the very first action in such a situation is to: a) find is there a "Hidden Who" causing the strife that is not resolving and, b) make known this phenomena to the client and who the "3rd party/Hidden Who is!"
Then, your Hidden Who Handling R/D will run like a charm!!!!
When a client's case is stalled on a situation of conflict or upset with another or others that is not resolving with the basic processes, check for the presence of a Hidden Who/Third Party who is injecting the cause of the conflict.
In chatting with Carmel last night, she has a husband and wife team as clients who are critical and constantly upset with each other. Using the "Handling Negative Processing" R/D, and the "Causative Process" handling had not resolved the situation.
Asking for: "Is there someone who has or is telling you negative things about your wife/husband?" will reveal the Hidden Who/3rd Party.
Sometimes it is easier to educate the client on this Hidden Who/3rd Party phenomenon, and then ask for the person who is causing the strife. This is what I had to do with the client at the Ranch so she could recognize what and who to look for.
To be noted is the point that the Hidden Who/3rd Party action can be very subtle. Things like merely sneering at the person being maligned, or making the sly comment to be careful of the person, can sow the seeds of the strife. And of course, with the words there is the telepathically projected imagery.
This all can be undone with our Hidden Who Handling and, as needed, the Agreement and False Reality Handling.
You guys processing clients might benefit from printing this ditty off so it can be used to educate clients with.
