As you regular attendees to our forum know, I operate on the basis that "All of Life is a Process." And, because of this I am constantly and knowingly processing my entire existence and all that is connected with and to it.
It also happens I am codifying the results of this into a book 
Recently, the benefits of this have been so good and prolific, that I have adopted the trick of having a live document open on my computer such that I can quickly record what is found and learned. Today's post its an example . . . Here it is copy/pasted!
But before you get into it, be sure you have a clear operational understanding of of the words "conceive" and "conception." I use these words in the context of these actions being the basis and basic action of spiritual creation. Though to be noted is the point that human dictionaries refer to the action of conceiving of a concept in the "mind" . . . we know better than that. We know it is you, the spiritual presence that is performing the act and recording it in the mind (if you do record it).

New Insight
Looking at the experience of emanating and projecting out to impact on and affect and also effect “at there” I triggered and I/R of an effect received back at and on me at here. (I/R = involuntary replication)

I recalled an earlier incident of ceding sovereignty to an automaticity deemed to be other than self or mine and along with those I was in accord, this based on the concept that I and we were not “good enough” . . .
(There is a live incident on and related to this that I need to fully run)
Cog . . . it appears that running a body is a present time expression of this in that body is an automaticity I am effect of, and to a particular degree related to from a position of effect . . . new cog, which effect I am in need of to myself survive
Cog on the POINT AT ISSUE HERE is that this is the situation, problem, operating basis and situation that needs resolution and undoing. It is the self-sabotage wrong-answer-solution created very early in our departure from Omni-Present Knowing and Experiential Causation that has been the “why” of our continued decline, withdrawal of presence and cause, and accumulation of encysted Life-Force. This condition of relationship to the game has existed since our departure from “the Heavens” which occasioned our withdrawal from omni-cause along with the election to be at and as the continuous receipt and effect of “the other.” Note that this newly created state of Being also included the continued not-Knowing of what would be created in order to not be bored by the continued sameness of the all-knowing existence of the Supreme Beingness. This newly introduced solution required the not knowing of what will be in order to enjoy surprises: the surprise of newness, which causation is sourced by other than self. This condition of existence was introduced in the Gods’ Games Spiritual Domain of Existence. (see the sequence of decline from the Supreme Beingness when we envisioned the "Universal Visions" (to solve the problem of boredom and create surprises and excitement) followed by the creation of the Universal Mind to record what we wanted, etc.
The Gods Games Universe is where and when the solution of “Unknown Cause by Other Than Self” was introduced that put us at and in the continued condition of effect, which effect was deemed to be unhandleable by self.
Further to be noted is the fact that this unhandleable situation itself then had to be solved
NOTE missing here so far is address to/of the Universal MIND . . . cog as I address this I see the Universal MIND is the Spiritual Domain of Existence and relationship that introduced uncontrolled PERSISTENCE into what was created wherein what was created that became unexperienceable was separated from, both in the present and future, and deemed to be in and of an unexperienceable and unknowable Past that was continuously created as such. Hence the Mind and its content operates on a continuum!

Cog on a basic impulse phenomenon of wanting to be empowered by “my connections” (as in like when growing up with the lads at the Surf Club: the Thornets, Bob Lowe, Wick etc.

My experiencial realization is that of creating the automaticity to be influenced and empowered by the image I created of the connection.

Experiential realization as a result of being thwarted in my search for power and materials in the apartment to replace the APC and recharge my Laptop . . .
Being thwarted constituted a jammed flow of Life-Force to and with an exchange at and with a desired/known and expected outcome . . . (which known and expected outcome was of manifested Life-Force in the form of physical objects under controlled presence and in alignment accomplishing the performance I desired).
The moment I eventually succeeded resulted in a palpable unjamming and release of the and MY jammed and hung-up Life-Force—It simply flowed and reciprocated throughout the formed image of the manifested Life-Force construct of the physical outcome of the “want”—which then changed appearance from being dull and lifeless to being sharply defined and vibrant as it then harmonized as my wanted outcome.
On reflection I now see the above as expressions of my spiritual interface and causal relationship with the Physical Universe.
Insight 12-4-24
Picking up on the sensation of an imploding pain occasioned by or sourced by an imploding force in an earlier universe . . . likely in the region of the Gods Games or following from there on a chain of inflowing life-forces . . . cog now is that this too is based on and accesses the earlier universes chain down to the Supreme Beings Universe (the Heavens).
The solution invoked/created was to create a life-force vector to block the force in on me while I also vacated my presence at and as effect of that omni-directional flow in. Note it was an infinitely omni-directional flow in: not a rectilinear single source to single effect flow. The single source-single effect rectilinear flow construct was the type of flow vector developed in the Gods Games. Prior to that Life-Force vectors appear to have all been holographically omni-directional.

Reading this promo piece from Hay House, I reach to perceive the spiritual connections within and about me to perceive and experience what it is that they might be projecting at, or, to and for me that I might want to receive and be affected by.
It was quite amazing as there was, and now is, a projection of empowerment and enhanced presence that I had been avoiding and not receiving nor reciprocating or benefiting from.
Cognition now as I settle in on and with this last realization, my bodily human existence is feeling more solidly “here” and present and it is relatively free from the aches and pains that have been ever present in the recent years (following the spinal operation).
Next cog as I reach into my bodily presence to perceive more, the painful inwards vector of earlier universe Life-Force has ceased (and I also get a perception of its old original intent, and from who). Cog as more and more of the negative, destructive and abusive Life-Force intention lifts off.
Cog, basically, the abusive intention of it was the intent to “center me” with and by use of an introspecting concentrating mass- point of Life-Force that caused me to be trapped in by focusing in on the center-point of the unwanted pain. Hence, by focusing in to such an extent with all of my awareness, I unwittingly came away from my truer whole holographic omni-presence of awareness and knowing experience.
Now I realize the what and why of the adopted solutions that developed from and on this basic incident that since have negatively affected me.
Ummm, reflecting on all of this, and knowing our datum that “all of life is a process,” I was caused to look to see what is the actual process I am running . . . for the last 70+ years it has been, and is, “The Process of Recovering the Truth of Me and My Powers of Presence and of Operation”
Oh, Boy! Does articulating that create and bring about an enhanced reality and solidification of process and purpose I have been operating on and pursuing of late? Yes, it does! So much so, that as I now experience, my actual physical bodily eyesight has just improved!!
