Yes, a wonderfully put together article, this. Steiner, of course, was a wonderfully aware and perceptive individual---for example: who else had reported the observation that the plant realm was inhabited by its spiritual presence?

The benefit of reading lucidly presented information such as this article by you is that it causes one to reflect on one's own existence and development, and learn.

For me personally, I realized that in my Babyhood I was an infinitely aware Spiritual presence having to learn how and where to locate what I was perceiving of existence---and the "here" became the "me" and my mind I used to differentiate myself from all else and others.

On reflection, I now realize what a hell of a learning curve it was because I had to relearn how to differentiate and position what I was aware of as compared to all of my prior existence.

Interesting, Rog!

My earliest memories from this life go back to a time when I was being fed and pampered by my mom; I can recall that she used a toy box as a table to feed me—along with other details—when I was likely around two years old. But I’ve never really stopped to consider when, in this life, I first recognized myself as an individual spiritual Presence (a great drill!).

I think that using a brain and physical senses—employing the body as a machine to interact within this physical universe—must consume and fix a vast number of life-force particles, especially following the process of "induced amnesia".

Although I don’t have vivid memories, my family has told me that, once I began to speak, I would mention spiritual teammates I used to play with. That perception faded over time, so I suppose that, even in my case, my spiritual size and perceptions remained quite significant during my childhood—even though I had already been in this new body for a few years   ;D .
The truth is the way up.
