Apologies ahead of time if this seems like a dumb question.
I have read this 29 steps bulletin so many times, and realized I am running into  a non-comprehended term mass/loss on it all.
Is there specific processes / procedures associated with each step, I am trying to figure out if I am missing any items in my repertoire.  I  this last year, bought all the knowledgism books from the knowledgism website and have been reading them, filling in many blanks.  But also leaving a lot more unanswered questions as the books outline the procedure but omit the actual processes, saying you need the corresponding training courses.
I have no desire to do any courses with Ceil and here group at this point though, as I feel they have degraded themselves into dominant, only one evil being identities.
 They seem to have different processing tracks, and there used to be different VF 1-10 levels.
Some of the items are obvious like kepts and harmful acts, I have run those a lot, very familiar with them , but like handling UNWANTED WANTS, is that the alien unwanted object, alien time trail processes. 
Are these 29 steps corresponding to all the zone levels, and have corresponding processes associated with each level?
I a trying to figure out a complete picture of what procedures you would do at each level etc.
I know you can't post the actual procedures, but can you post the names of the procedures?
I might already know of them, or be able to find it in the link light archives.

.. More in this kind of got me thinking, if this information can't be made to be available for people, how is at all supposed to work? 
One of the things that gets me kind of excited about processing, and thinking about teaching to process and confront fear, be brave and handle existence, is the bettering of society and culture, making the world and the universe a better safer place for all.
It sounds  a lot like the old sci dream, but the responsibility is on each individual, to sacrifice all their time and money, and family in some cases to make this happen.  All the while losing themselves for the benefit of the few in the church for false products of helping people etc.  Leah remini talks about this in the recent ideal org nonsense that sci does. 
I think for knowledgism to work, and be implemented, people would need to be freely able to teach, and practice with people, like the old schools and students of Socrates, Plato and the like.   You would do it, cause you know of the long term benefits of enabling people to be spiritually free, you could benefit, for thousands, millions, maybe billions or trillions of years if you had the prospect of re-incarnating into a spiritually literate culture.  Hording this knowledge only for the very financially able/lucky of society seems like a failure of a strategy to me.  Don't we intent to be able to handle any case at any time anywhere?  That's everyone on the planet.  Maybe the the people that are hanging out without bodies, ghosts etc too, that Alan has mentioned sometimes in lectures.  

Anyways, maybe this is a red zone critical rant, but curious what you all think.

What I could recommend to you is to contact Roger directly, he can give you the correct advice on what you want to handle in the present time and according to the level of processing in which you have advanced. Something that is clear to me is that unlike other previous practices, in Knowledgism and Ascencionism one does not look for negatives to handle, but rather establishes and holographically defines something positive that you want to achieve and handles whatever comes into view that prevents you from bringing it to existence.

To answer and address your request . . .

If you look at each of the 29 "steps" or the "Twelve Vital Fundamentals" and note the words used to define/describe them, you'll find therein the key to the process(es) for handling each.

Example, look at the title of any of our basic type processes: example the Basic Chronic Mood etc., etc., Handling and note the conditions listed that it addresses . . .  now match those conditions to what is listed as conditions in the 29 Steps or 12 Vital Fundamentals. Though, as you get into the Basic Chronic Mood (etc) handling you'll see it addresses things not listed in the titles such as: "tiredness, unconsciousness, loss" (as examples)
BUT . . . I'll do a search later on (I'm up to eyeballs at the moment . . . there might be a document that addresses precisely what you are after.

I found it, looks like it is in a bulletin, 21st Century New Public Series 16A , also in the 21st Century New Public Series book from the webiste.  I will message you Roger directory on specific questions there.  Some of the stuff listed there doesn't quite make sense, but I will message you directly.

I need to run some charge for a while on all this stuff I feel like too.
