SPIRITUAL VERSUS PHYSICAL PHENOMENA

This info from one of my correspondents in the medical community reveals some important and good news for you. 

The report speaks of the benefit of a form of "meditation" but without knowing what is going on or why the "body" benefits nor discusses any of the possible mechanics involved in producing the observed gains.

It happens that we folks practicing Ascensionism know that we can actually and truly remove accumulated "emotional stress" and charge.   Now the big point, of course is, from where is that accumulated emotional stress, wear-and-tear and charge removed.

Of course, typical of those limited in their belief or practices to the physical universe realm, everything to them is the physical bodily structure . . . its atoms, molecules, hormones and bodily mechanics.

They are not aware of the truths we have, and as proven by the work of Prof. Bruce Lipton, that the spiritual Being's Life Force harmony/disharmony and alignment/misalignment factors do very much impact the physical bodily condition.

This is one of the reasons I so assiduously process myself formally each morning, and otherwise continuously since all of life is a process.

The object of my exercise is to continuously remove any misaligned or negatively charged Life Force.  I am lucky to have learned many moons ago that the unhandled accumulation of negatively charged spiritual Life-Force on or within the body is detrimental to the body.

You know that the symptoms connected to stress can damage your health. That’s old news. But today we know that the wear and tear stress puts your body through is worse than we knew...
 
 It goes all the way down to your DNA.
 
 And a breakthrough new study proves it.
 
 I don’t know if you were directly involved in any of the severe weather events the country suffered through over the last few years...
 
 I’m talking about the hurricanes, tornados, wildfires, floods, storms, droughts, extreme heatwaves, and extreme winter cold that destroyed 15 million homes across the country.
 
 Turns out these stressful weather events can speed up the aging process.
 
 Scientists at Arizona State University's School of Life Sciences recently discovered that the stress triggered by extreme weather events can result in internal inflammation storms and molecular changes. These can cause your body to accelerate the aging process and cut your life short by a staggering 7-8 years.1
 
 The researchers, who studied the biological impact of Hurricane Maria after it slammed into Puerto Rico in September 2017, found that the stress levels activated by the category 4 storm caused the down-regulation of certain genes associated with chronic inflammation.
 
 In turn, this dramatically raised the risk of:

  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Diabetes
  • Impaired immune system function
The aging impact of the hurricane on gene expression was clearly a reflection of the damage being done to the telomeres of the storm victims.
 
 If you’re a regular reader, you’ll know that telomeres are the tiny tails at the end of each strand of DNA in the nucleus of each of your cells. They are also your hidden biological clock and determine how fast you age.
 
 The longer your telomeres are the younger your cells act. The shorter your telomeres, the more prone you are to chronic diseases and “old age.”
 
 Multiple studies show that high levels of the stress hormone cortisol attack your telomeres, grinding them down and accelerating the aging process.2
 
 As weather events grow more severe and more frequent, it’s crucial that you understand the effects of this natural-disaster stress on your body – so you can do something about it.
 
 I recommend protecting yourself from stress-induced DNA damage with omega-3s.
 
 Researchers at Ohio State University gave 138 people difficult problems to solve, then studied their bodies’ reactions.
 
 For subjects taking 2.5 grams of omega-3s daily, it was smooth sailing. They had 19% lower cortisol levels and 33% fewer inflammatory proteins than normal.3
 
 But for those taking a placebo instead of omega-3s, oh my! They experienced a 25% drop in telomerase, the enzyme that keeps telomeres long and healthy.
 
 That’s alarming because, without enough telomerase to repair your telomeres, old age and frailty are right around the corner.
 
 They also had a 20% DROP in healthy, anti-inflammatory proteins.4
 
 There are several highly effective ways you can protect your telomeres from the ravages of stress – but here’s one of my favorites.

Try the “mind trick” the U.S. Marines use
This mindfulness meditation exercise, used by the U.S. Marines and Special Forces to knock out stress, is also one of the most powerful methods for preventing telomere erosion.5
 
 But it’s not only Marines who use this trick. One study looked at family caregivers in their incredibly stressful jobs. Researchers found that after only eight weeks, those who meditated saw their levels of telomerase, the enzyme that rebuilds telomeres, skyrocket 43%.6
 
 Here’s the technique the Marines and Special Forces use, and you can use it too. One thing to remember is that the benefits come from being mindful and focusing your concentration.

  • Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
  • Let your awareness settle on the movement of your breath.
  • Follow the in-breath and out-breath, perhaps by saying “breathing in, breathing out” quietly to yourself.
  • Sit upright, with spine straightened and chin tucked in, while you calmly observe your breath.
  • Do this for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
That’s it. Try to do this practice every day. It helps to lower blood pressure, slow down your thoughts, refresh your body and mind, and reverse the stress that can shorten your telomeres and cause disease.

What catches my attention is that he is speaking about the effects of wheather. (Like in, quote: "stress levels activated by the category 4 storm caused the down-regulation of certain genes associated with chronic inflammation".)

But in actuality the weather can act as a trigger but must not to. Depends on the person. Many some people will be even positively triggered and release more growth hormone. Depends on the person and the person's associations and conclusions about wheather and what the person projects into the future based on the conclusions.

Of course, when the weather destroyed 15 million homes across the country this would cause a lot of major collapsed universes for many people and then this would have physical implications for many people.

I have done some "mindfulness meditation" in my life and yes, it is beneficial to some extent. The major difference, from my perspective, to what we are doing with our tech is, that we are addressing the cause of the "stress" or charged area directly (by finding the right item(s)) instead of sitting still, calming the mind and being mindful of the breath. Yes, this technique can help to "settle the mud" and produce some deaccessing. But there will be no erasure because you are instructed to come back to your awareness of breath (or whatever the object of meditation is) as soon as you "become aware that your mind (sic) wanders". So no real as-isness can take place, nothing really will turned on to be run out. Kind of a presence process cum running what comes up, kind of OT TR Zero in the old days.
I never discourage people from doing meditation. It can be a good gradient for many. They can even hit something in meditation that needs being addressed in a real session.  :D

Yes, I have observed that meditation as practiced in the West that I have seen is a booby-trap.

We practitioners of Ascensionism have experienced and know that we are infinite Spiritual Presences, and that we can and ideally should operate as such.  We also know that all of the universes and created spiritual Domains of Existence are within us.

The ideal for us as infinite Spiritual Presences is to maintain our infinite state of Being and address that which we wish to relate with from and as that existence.

My observation is that, particularly in “guided meditation,” the person is guided, told or even ordered to “center themselves,” or otherwise “look in and focus on an indicated thing, thought or theme.”

The consequence of this is that the person departs from its optimum operation as an infinite presence and, focusing in, gets dotted or reduced to being effect of what is being focused on. I recently attended the regular Sunday evening online meditation session conducted by the Science and Medical Network. This was a group of 100 or so folks well informed on spiritual matters and seeking better answers to the truths of our existence than are offered by the materialists in science.

I was hoping to experience their expansion of presence and increased experience of available spiritual Life-Force. But no! The moment the leader of the group gave his first instruction what I perceived was the vector of all of their Life-Force and Spiritual Presence going IN and becoming more solid and dense. It was actually quite unpleasant for me to experience as I perceived it.

It is the routine thing I see that happens with the way folks practice meditation.

Of course, “their feeling more solid, and condensed in” they consider to be an improved and beneficial condition; and that is the booby-trap. Being dotted, solidly encased in “energy” and reduced from your native free spiritual, infinite, existence is an entrapping, negative reduction of your true powers and presence.

It is actually the practice of the inverting of self. A big mistake, as that has been the “why” of our decline of condition and powers as we moved through the time trail of our existence along to the present.

The other side of the coin, in my view, is that the physical bodily benefit seen in medical terms in the report by Al Sears above is the result of actually taking one's attention OFF of that which enlivens the negative spiritual "charge."  To be noted is the point that the person has not positively addressed and restored his cause relationship with that which had caused deleterious effects on the body. It is still there to later resurface.

In Ascensionism we have and use the proven procedures that restores the person's positive alignment and cause over the thing producing unwanted effects.

So instead of becoming mindful they had their mind full?  :D  ;D

Yes, I believe it very much to be so. A locational process would probably work much quicker.

As you often say, Roger, we've come a long way.
This tech and knowledge is so ahead of what is the "current paradigm", even in the more advanced "spiritual community" (or those who deem themeselves as such).
