OK, here is the proposition. I am a member of IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) . . .

By contrast, non-physical models do not assume that a physical substrate generates consciousness. Some even propose that consciousness is as fundamental as matter, energy, or spacetime. In this view — the perspective underlying most ancient, esoteric, and Eastern cultures — the physical world arises out of consciousness rather than the other way around. Could such a non-physicalist framework better explain the full range of reported human phenomenology? Scholars and scientists have debated these topics for thousands of years with no clear resolution. New experiments and scientific data are needed to inform this question to advance our understanding.
Prize Topic

The prize topic is the development of scientific tests of the theory that subjective phenomenological awareness is more than an emergent brain property. A viable theory must be practical and testable using currently available scientific methods. It must be an alternative to the  materialist theory that consciousness solely originates from the (classical) physical structures of the brain.

Definitions:

    Consciousness means the subjective sense of being aware of oneself and the environment.
    Experiment means a rigorously designed scientific study, including conventional or novel instrumentation, predefined protocols, and statistical analyses, as appropriate.
    Testable means the proposed theory must be falsifiable.
    Practical means the proposed theory must be feasible, assuming adequate resources.

I am going to submit a proposal with your help . . .

I am going to write up a research/study to verify the existence of our Spiritual Presence and Spiritual Ability, Power and Capacity of AWARENESS . . . AKA "Consciousness" to these guys who like to complicate things and use obscure terms instead of the simple and direct.

The basis of my proposition is the attached "GOD STATE PROCESSES"  that Alan wrote some moons ago.

I had cause to run it solo recently as a result of awarenesses attained from running the "Solutions Consequences" section of the Free Radical Identity Handling.

For you more clever members of the Forum, I do recommend both actions . . .

Running this "RELEASING OF SELF" Process revealed quite fascinating answers regarding how, and by what actions I had stuck myself trapped within and by my OWN ill-directed Life-Force and Powers.

So . . . for you guys willing, I'd like it for you to use the attached process and report to me (worksheet notes/extracts would be most useful!!!!) your wins and recovered powers.

   When you’re feeling small, trapped, or just not yourself, run the following processes.

RELEASING OF SELF PROCESS

1.   What am I occupying?
2.   What mood level does that put me in?
3.   How do I handle it?
4.   What have been the consequences?
5.   Have there been any other consequences?

(repeat #5 to get ALL consequences)

Repeat 1 to 5 over and over until you feel big and comfortably in Present Time . . . then run:

OBJECTIVE EXTERNAL SELF PROCEDURE

1.   What am I occupying? (Room, Palace, etc.)
2.   Locate all corners of the (thing being occupied).
3.   Create the space (of it).
4.   Fill the space with LOVE and your PRESENCE.

Repeat 1 to 4 over and over until you can comfortably be in expanded Present Time.

Oh, well done!!

I had no idea there was a means for that.  The feature must have reset itself when we created Ascensionism to get away from the other lot.

By the way, the Trademark Office has notified us that the "mark" of the word "ASCENSIONISM" IS CLEARED AND ok BY THEM, the step that followed is that of publishing our registration in the government gazette  . . . we await the outcome of that final step.

OK, I did the process again today and the item from yesterday just got more real.
It's quite interesting. It's a mass / energy field that is being created and contributed to by a group of people and spiritual beings. It has it's own "life", moods, attitudes, "reason for existing". Like the co-creation of a culture, though it's being co-created uncounsciously while the participants have "all the best intentions" but because of this mass/field they keep on dramatising its contents.
I wasn't even aware how much I was connected to this field before I started this process. Lot's of Life-force particles involved ("occupied") with it. I am seeing how I am contributing to its continuation by resisting to be drawn into it. Quite fascinating the mechanics of it.
I did Experience/Create and the Mass Handling on it. It dissipated a lot and brought many insights. Need to do Charge Handling to reduce my own charge connected to the field.
I can see when this mass/field started and how I got involved in it -- it's too a large degree that my disagreement with a creation of some of the participants feeds this field with energy, though I am not the initiator of this game. I'm more like the bystander disagreeing with  low level "gang" behavior -- something totally opposite than what I wanted to manifest (that's why the charge is building up on my end).
I will work on reducing my own charge and participation but I will also need to work on the main Whos of the lot.
@Roger Boswarva do you have any suggestion what process would work best?

This above is not so good as an example to send to your friends at IONS. Here I am connecting and becoming counscious of a spiritual creation that is, while having impact on the physical world, actually playing out in the mental and spiritual realm (telepathically).

I believe the second one of the processes (OBJECTIVE EXTERNAL SELF PROCEDURE) will yield better results for what they can wrap their heads around?

Wonderful write-up Christian . . .

To answer what process you might now apply . . . things like: "Locked in Mortal Combat," or "Gang Created Identity" processes.  Personally, one of the things that works for me and helps is to "always" be aware of or alert to "what earlier universe is this case item/charge/incident from (or IN) . . . that is, I am always alert to the "where, when" location of the charge or event. 

To be noted is the point that the correct locating, or being at cause over knowing the location of, any area of charge/mass, etc., is a very basic thing to establish.  Look at how often the location of "where is it" (I also view locating it in TIME to be equally important) is among the first question to be answered in all of our Process Rundowns!!

As Alan noted, by getting the "thing" located in time and/or space, you lift the "force, charge, mass" off of the client such that it ca be inspected and handled.

OK . . . a note from my current sessions.

These last two/three days I have been using both the Free Radical Identity Handling and the God-State Processes.

This morning, on Question #1) What am I occupying? . . . um, this being the third time I have done the process in the last week or so, locations or things of the Physical Universe were rather null, and the "thing" being occupied by me that manifested as live this morning was "MY BODY AND MY HEAD[/u]"

Umm, I almost laughed myself silly on spotting this and the magnitude of it.

But it is an issue of "concentric circles" i.e., I am in my head which is in the physical universe . . . .  :o

OK, my Dears . . . this following is what I have written for my proposal to the IONS boffins in response to their request for submissions for a study to "Demonstrate we are more than our brains."

TITLE OF MY STUDY

WHAT IS THE “STUFF” OF UNIVERSAL ENERGY, AND WHO OR WHAT IS SOURCE OF IT

ABSTRACT 

The scientific definition of “ENERGY” is: “in physics, the capacity for doing work.” (https://www.britannica.com/science/energy)

Nowhere in science or in current western knowledge is there reference to “what is the stuff of energy”: of what is it composed, what is it made of.

There is also no reference to how was, or is, it brought into existence.

Nor is there reference to who or what sourced it.

THIS STUDY ADDRESSES THESE OMMISSIONS.

The study will demonstrate that the primordial energy of existence and of the physical universe is the Spiritual Life-Force we are each endowed with.


Description of my theory

The Human Spirit, the true and actual existence of each of us that animates the bodies we occupy in each of our incarnations, is gifted with an array of faculties, abilities and powers; which powers are expressed and conveyed by the Being’s Spiritual Life-Force.

One of the key and essential powers of we Spiritual Beings (from among the dozen or so that have been delineated) is that of AWARENESS, which can be directed and applied as part of our Spiritual Life-Force.

Indeed, the definition of “ATTENTION,” coined by myself and my research team is: ATTENTION IS DIRECTED AWARENESS; which definition was coined in order to overcome the conundrum of what was being directed and deployed when we engaged in relationships in life.

My observations during the sixty-plus years of research and the testing of propositions and finding among elite athletes, business executives and ordinary interested individuals, are that the source of the energy that animates life and all we do is a Spiritual Life-Source Presence that has been denied and stricken from the pursuit of knowledge acquisition since the days of Copernicus and Galileo.

To be noted is that the research carried out was based on the endeavor to discover what principles and truths underly our capacity to perform and to then apply the discoveries to bring about IMPROVED performance. (I personally was an Australian Surf Swimming Champion in 1954-60.) Relevance of THEORY to the call

The call is for “a way to rigorously test that you are more than your brain.”

This proposed study will demonstrate, not only that we are more than our brains, but that as spiritual presences, we existed prior to the physical universe and before human bodies were brought into existence.

We spiritual Beings actually have infinite existence/presence, within which the physical universe and human bodies were brought into existence.

Of course, this level of knowledge and personal power is exactly what has been denied and obfuscated since the days that it was learned, in the late16th century, that planet Earth is not the center of the universe.

Step One: Study subjects/participants is limited to those individuals who already know they are spiritual Beings, this by whatever cause: awareness of earlier lifetimes, Near Death Experience, education or cultural background.  Individuals who refute this truth that they are basically spiritual in nature, and that they have existence beyond their current physical body, will only compulsively sabotage the study due to their prejudicial, fixed opinion, false beliefs bias, and be excluded.

Step Two: Participants to answer a questionnaire addressing their CURRENT beliefs, understanding and perceptions of their spiritual existence, powers and abilities.

Step Three: Participants to read the educational materials developed by my research team covering the actions and activities to follow as the crux of this study . . . This needed so that the participants will understand what the actual ACTIONS of this study will be, and be happy to participate.

The study will address, directly, the actual spiritual abilities, powers and capacities of the study participant by/via a series of questions cum drills which variously cause the study participant to address, under their full knowing control, their spiritual capacities and powers. These sessions are not to be approached on the basis of them being therapeutic in any sense . . . they are exercises in the demonstrating of our true spiritual powers and abilities, which of course will confer benefit to the participant.

Study participants will be caused to experience, and know with certainty, that their spiritual presence, the TRUE them, extends beyond their physical body and that their powers and abilities can be deployed at a distance from their body, spatially and temporally.

The anticipated outcome (as has already been demonstrated by my research team) is that of improved performance in use of spiritual abilities and powers beyond the spatial and temporal limits of the brain.

One colleague, Michael Rinaldi, was the winner of the International Remote Viewing Association’s Psychic Spy Contest at the 2016 IRVA conference. Clearly demonstrating we are more than our brains.

The Proposal, Part 2


Central to this process is the participant’s coming to know, or confirming, that their MIND actually is not them. Many PhD type researchers use the term “mind” as being synonymous with them, the Spiritual Being/Presence that is animating everything. This is a grave error

In my book I make the statement:
“In the presence of words, terms or symbols for which the student has no definition, the student goes mentally blank, immobile and is unable to act or perform.

I demonstrated this to tutors from Learning Partners, Inc., by having them personally experience it during a workshop based on my book.  Then, having experienced the mental blankness and immobility, I pull them out of it by removing the non-comprehension. To be noted is the fact that there are two dimensions by which the extent of our spiritual existence can be measured: spatially, and temporally. My actual research and practice has demonstrated that both the spatial and temporal existence and behavior of the spiritual presence and its powers are factually beyond the physical limited location of the brain.

An article dated November 29, 2005, in the Science Times section of The New York Times, referred to this. The article, titled: “Beyond Normal Perception,” reported on research carried out at the University of Virginia into the perception characteristics of the best baseball hitters.

The article opened with the comment, “Athletes on a hot streak often describe warps in space-time that Einstein did not anticipate: basketball hoops appearing as wide as hula hoops, tennis balls that seem to move in slow motion, golf outings in which the cups seem as easy to hit as manholes.”

The article went on to say that the research found, “The changes in perception are apparently real . . . ”

Based on my personal experience as an athlete and in dealing with other champion athletes, I can vouch for the existence of these perception capabilities “beyond the norm.”

Further, my team and I have developed drills and procedures for individuals to practice that put their Spiritual abilities and powers under their knowing control such that they can knowingly expand their presence, including their AWARENESS, beyond the spatial and temporal limits of the brain and body.

These drills will be practiced by study participants to demonstrate the factuality of the above propositions.

This following just added to the proposal to IONS . . . the description of the experiment allowed 1000 words . . .  so I used them to the max.

We spiritual Beings can indeed span the future.

As I related during a recent SMN online chat, in 1972 (or so) I was due to fly the 9:00am Shuttle out of London to Glasgow, but spanning the future as I typically do, I saw the plane down in the wrong place with upset people making their way from it in the rain.

I told Marcus Allen, the European Publisher of Nexus Magazine, a colleague I was with over the weekend. I told him I saw the plane down in some sort of emergency landing at 9:30am. 

I avoided the flight and went to my office in London. Later in the morning, Marcus phoned me to ask, “Had I heard the news?”

The plane I avoided catching came down at 9:30am as I stated, due to being diverted following a “lightening strike” of the Scottish Air Traffic (or airport) workers.

Thanks for this little but big process.

I used it today on a recent upset that I was subjected to by another.

On the first question: What am I occupying, I perceived a box within which I was existing. I ran the process a few times until over until all my charge on the recent upset was released. The box also somehow vanished.

Julian,

It is vitally important to do or check the Wins Celebration procedure following big wins and case change states.

This because, too often, when folks ascend they move UP into the area or level of case items they failed to handle last time they were at that level.

It is a very common phenomenon we refer to as the Ascension Crash and Burn Sequence.

The Wins Celebration facilitates you addressing the win items to stabilize them.
