FEAR

FEAR
[/b]

I wonder how many of you have had the chance to analyze what occurs during a moment of fear.

I was reading some material just now on the issue of folks fearing being dismissed from their jobs, and suddenly, as I analyzed the fullness of what actually goes on during an episode of fear, I got the fullness of it.

First off, a moment of fear is the moment in which one goes into the inability to handle or control the present unwanted experience.

One goes ABSENT to the present experience of the thing feared.

And the fear also is that the unwanted experience will continue on into the future.

And, of course, that concept becomes the envisioned future that one “cannot experience” and must be absent to, or from.

And hence, the enormous loss of presence and power.

And it is, in fact, an act of enormous self sabotage.

I actually ran fear of "_______________" just the other day as part of a current situation and found that using the commands "from where could a infinite spiritual presence experience/ not experience and from where could a infinite spiritual presence create/ not create fear of(__________) " to be very beneficial. As opposed to running BEING FEARFUL.

What you wrote is very true, unhandled fear can freeze you in present time and continue into the future if left uninspected. Its a huge self sabotage.

Brilliant action, Julian!

Yes, it is a "Fear of specific (ITEM)" that has to be handled . . .

As I have written earlier Alan's earlier writings regarding the "Fear Rundown Course" did not make this specific point clearly, and so folks were not getting the item needed to be handled, and the tech began to be dropped out.

It is not "fear" that should be being handled, but instead a specific fear of a specific "something," as, for example "A fear of being hit by a bus."  Or for example "I went into a fear drowning!"

One must get and run the exactitude of the thing.
