Understanding what is my Spiritual Beingness identity and restoring it

I have been doing a lot of work on "rediscovering" my Spiritual beingness or, otherwise known as "Me".  When associated with a body, I had been tremendously dotted and for the most part saw myself as a body with a small spirit inside. I essentially "hid" inside my body and was highly at effect of my body. My body protected me and provided me with a game to play and a safe space to be in. It became my identities. A huge amount of charge was the cause of this situation.

Every so often I broke out of this condition when I went into an ascension experience. This was typically somewhat out of my knowing control and usually generated a lot of bypassed charge. Thus it was often short-lived.

The big awareness I had yesterday was that I saw my Spiritual Beingness (Me) as an energetic being shaped just like my body, with 5 senses, that ate food, and needed to sleep. I looked much like the representation of a Ghost in movies. Most of the time I was as solid as a human body as well.

I the Spiritual Being seemed to have most of the physical universe constraints that a human body would have. Thus, most of my Spiritual powers were restrained since I was effectively a body. And on top of it, I the Spiritual Being was afraid of dying as this human body shaped Spiritual being. So much for being immortal. In addition, I could not span a large area of existence instantly and knowingly perceive things beyond my eyesight to knowingly access real spiritual power. It's quite comical that I have this perception of my Spiritual self. Ideally, I would be a huge expansive energetic presence in charge of and in control of human body.

To start to address this incorrect spiritual situation, I have started to do Presence 3 on my Spiritual Beingness Identity.
