CHOOSING YOUR CONDITION

This below came to me today from an outfit that pitches ideas for winning in life:  Change That Up

CHOOSING YOUR CONDITION
Now that's a Good Idea!!

Here's Your Tip... "Joy".
Joy is the magic ingredient that makes everything go better in my life. When you’re movin’ and groovin’ with internal joy, you feel like you increase the joy factor in yourself — and in others you encounter. Joy is contagious. The more joyful you are, the more joyful you become. Joy multiplies.
How do we spark this joy within us when life is not always peaches and cream – or even when everyday responsibilities seem overwhelming? How do we grow our internal joy when we just don’t feel joyful?

Here are some tips that can help you grow the joy in your life. It doesn’t happen overnight, but practicing and making these tips habits will certainly help you grow your joy. And as your inner joy grows, you’ll be able to sustain it more easily during difficult times.

1 – Set a Daily Intention
Make a conscious decision to find joy. Start your day by setting an intention to practice being ________. Fill-in that blank with a quality such as courage, patience, compassion, joy, etc.
Optionally, follow it up with a more specific situation. For example, “I’m willing to practice being patient with my spouse after dinner.”

By setting an intention, you’re empowering yourself. Are you willing to practice becoming a more joyful person?

2 – Be Aware of Your Feelings & Act Consciously
When you catch yourself feeling annoyed or upset, stop and deliberately bring your thoughts back to a happier place.

No, it’s not always easy, but it does get easier with practice.
Set reminders on your phone or place notes around your house to remind yourself to be aware of how you’re feeling.

If you’re feeling anything less than satisfied:
  • Stop and take note of what you’re feeling, and give yourself time to process those feelings. Stuffing feelings down will make them stick around longer. Allowing yourself time to process those feelings will help you release feelings that don’t serve you well.
  • Remind yourself about what’s important to you. What was your intention for the day and what is ultimately important to you?
  • Now you’re ready to consciously move forward proactively rather than reacting.  Decide to act in a manner that will support your intention .
Being aware of and letting go of life’s little annoyances is an important step in growing your joy.

3 – Be Grateful and Appreciate
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. Being grateful for what you already have will naturally attract more for which you can be grateful.

Each morning or at bedtime (whichever suits you best), write three positives that happened in your day. What are things outside of yourself that you appreciate?

Another time where it’s beneficial to be grateful is when you’re not happy with a situation. When you catch yourself complaining, stop and find something about the situation for which you are grateful. Don’t like your job? Rather than focus on the negatives, focus on your friendly co-workers or the financial stability your job brings to your life.

Gratitude feels so much better than negativity.  Having gratitude for things you already have will have a positive impact on your life. Give it a try by leaving a comment about anything you are grateful for that you already have in your life.

So today, choose joy.
*******

This above is actually quite insightful and important.

Let's face it: WE SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF DETERMINING OUR CONDITIONS OF EXISTENCE!!

It is pretty dull to be letting the "environment" or others determine our mood and condition.

This was driven home to me just recently.  A couple of weeks ago, actually.

I had gone through a monster case change as a result of the experiential recognition that I had participated in the manifesting (creation) of the Physical Universe . . . and more importantly, I spotted and experienced the fact that I then determined to experience and be affected by the Matter, Energy, Space and Time of it . . . this to give me a game to play, and in order to experience the fact that LIFE WAS BEING LIVED.

The bad news was the ascending cognition accessed into involuntary replication all of the later unpleasant overwhelms and unwanteds of the/my permeation throughout the Physical Universe (PU).

The bad news was that it was so much of a generality, a "too muchness," that trying to process it didn't work very easily . . . I mean, I could pick a grain of sand off of it, but I was confronted by Sahara sized sand dunes.

The trick, of course, is not to panic in the face of the overwhelm, but to take a breath and let it all settle down.  It took about a week to settle out of the accessed charge and overwhelm, and then I was able to begin to pick apart the exact pieces, piece by piece, of my PU involvement that has been trapping me since we created it so long ago.

So, there are two things I would say right now:

1) we can and do determine our conditions of existence, and,
2) what I have had to locate and handle was "the why" and my personal WANT for being involved in and with the PU.  For it has been that want that has been the glue that has stuck me in and as being effect of the PU.

As I have written so many times before: EXISTING CONDITIONS ARE THE RESULT OF THE CONTINUUM OF EARLIER CREATED/INSTALLED SOLUTIONS.
