I am posting this piece because I just realized how come I get so much case gain and advancement by the practice of life and living.

Most folks, in actuality, suffer the “aging process’ by living life as they accumulate more and more real time “charge” and triggering of old accumulated case negative charge.

It happens that I just realized my actual ongoing life process is the action of benefiting from the act of apperception that accesses and triggers old unwanted case and charge such that I can discharge it and restore my knowing control in the area and in relation to it.

Most folks, of course, can’t and don’t do that. What gets triggered for them beefs up and becomes more by-passed live charge in their face that impedes them.

Of course, I am fortunate in that I am well versed in understanding the mechanics of the mind and its function, as well as the truths of our sovereign spiritual existence. Most folks are operating based on the false notion, as taught by many gurus, that they are the mind; which notion is quite wrong. They are also taught the falsehood that “the mind” has volition as the source and cause in life, whereas the fact is, the mind is simply a recording device in which is stored all of your past experience and solutions programmed to react to both wanted and unwanted circumstances.

My process is actually very simple. Awareness is one of our most important native faculties and all I do is simply be aware of (direct my awareness to) exactly what it is I am doing or engaged in in every instant of time I am involved in something. And when something “pops” that I did not source, then, directing my awareness further I spiritually take the action needed to discharge what automatically manifested (turned on). We have the needed array of processes for doing that.

The fact is, I have for the last several years known that I do not need to live life at effect of my mind’s automatically triggered or tiggerable content.  As a spiritual Presence I am sovereign and can source the existence I choose.

The past week I have been pondering about what understanding is and how it comes about. My observation was that there is no such thing as a "direct act of understanding", i.e. for example, one cannot plan that "tomorrow from 9am to 11am I will practice understanding" — this is not the way understanding works. This is especially notable with children — stressing that they need to understand A, B, C etc is likely to only cause stress, confusion and resistance. On the other hand, a process that involves perception and experiencing, i.e. apperception in an area will inevitably lead to understanding without extra effort. 

Understanding is not an action verb — it is rather a side-effect of another activity, a side effect of a process that causes the being to see, hear, touch, taste... i.e. perceive and experience a space. Once enough perceptions have been collected, the being quickly and effortlessly connects the dots which results in that specific side-effect that we call 💡 understanding.

It's kind of like money — one cannot directly "earn money". Generally, it's some process of creating value that can subsequently be exchanged into another type of value, e.g. money, reputation, satisfaction, recognition, etc.

Yeah, the word itself is somewhat funny (when English is not your native tongue). Under-standing. Standing under what? 


Yes, understanding and insight is a product of a process.

Being in touch with something, communicating, inspecting, becoming familiar with the mechanics, functions, purposes, mass and context. And then there are gradients of understanding and also levels of refinement.

At the beginning we understand things in "low resolution" and then it evolves to ever greater/finer levels of definition.
From crude to sublime.

When an area is understood to a high degree there is no heaviness connected to it. (Truth, it is said, has no mass.)
Interestingly in German you say "something is heavy to understand" if you want to say "something is hard to understand".
Hard, heavy... it's a spiritual (red zone) response to an area (or something connected to it) the spirit can not pervade, penetrate, permeate.

The Clean Slate process is a great tool.

 Having done a lot of observing the obvious type exercises, it often jumps out at me how much people seem to conflate perception with interpretations and evaluations.  I stick with the definition of perception as 'to become aware of through the senses' and I include spiritual awareness in that.  If I observe someone saying ''vampires 'sparkle' in sunlight", I can Conclude that they're an idiot, but I'd avoid saying ''I *perceive* that they're an idiot".
 So Understanding is a result of accurate perceptions and evaluations, and perhaps most importantly, the level of Ability I can demonstrate in regard to it, similar to the old CRA triangle and an expression in Huna that Effectiveness is the measure of Truth.
